What is the AI World Café?
An AI World Café is a facilitated workshop where small groups explore what artificial intelligence means for their company. People move between conversations, connect different perspectives and bring the strongest patterns back to the room.

When it helps
Before you choose the tools, hear the people.
Your team may already be experimenting with AI, avoiding it, or debating what it will change. A presentation alone will not reveal how that shows up in everyday work. This two-hour session gives people a structured way to share what they see, ask difficult questions and identify where a more focused investigation would help.

What is a World Café workshop?
World Café is a structured format for group dialogue. Small-group conversations connect through successive rounds, followed by a shared discussion of the patterns people noticed. Our version focuses those conversations on AI at your company.
Is this an AI training session?
The focus is shared understanding and identifying questions worth pursuing. It is not a hands-on course in a particular AI tool. Tell us on the call if tool training is the need you are trying to address.
How does this relate to Liberating Structures?
World Café and Liberating Structures are distinct facilitation approaches. We use the World Café dialogue format and may complement it with Liberating Structures to support participation.
What happens after the two hours?
Your team leaves with a shared picture and possible next steps. If a specific product or business question emerges, a Foundation Sprint or Business Sprint may be a useful follow-on. We’ll help you assess the fit.
